From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning landscape that surrounds the hotel. Nestled amidst lush greenery and beautifully manicured gardens, the sanctuary offers a cool setting that immediately puts you at ease. The landscape within the hotel grounds is equally impressive. Walking through the property feels like a journey through a botanical wonderland, with vibrant flowers, towering trees, and charming pathways that invite you to explore and relax. It's a true haven for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat. My room was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect blend of luxury and homeliness. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring restful nights, and the room was well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's lobby is a standout feature, exuding elegance and warmth. I spent several hours chilling there, and it was one of my favorite spots in the sanctuary. The space is beautifully designed with cozy seating areas, tasteful decor, and an ambiance that encourages relaxation and socializing. Whether enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book, the lobby provides a welcoming atmosphere that's hard to resist. Lastly, the staff at The Botanica Sanctuary deserves special mention. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure my stay was perfect. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience truly memorable.

Very professional staff, very clean and spacious rooms, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the room is equipped with all what you need. The swimming pool on the roof is very clean and well maintained. The view is amazing on the mountains. The spa is superb and the ladies there are very kind and professional and you feel at home with full privacy. Simply, this is the best hotel in Poncak where you get your expectations exceeded. I lost my mobile in reciption are, and the team deal with it professional and returned it back safely. Thanks Botanica team for getting me satisfied, and specially to Mr.Ahmed the manager who supported to solve my room location issue..

The facilities inside the room are also quite complete although the type of room is deluxe, including iron and board, hairdryer, mini bar, etc. The warm water whirlpool on the rooftop is also quite nice contrast with windy weather during the season.

The hotel is very nice, modern and stylish, a lot of walking space in the area. Cool and fresh air, great escape from the big city, we enjoyed it a lot! We stayed in the loft room, it's a good option when traveling with kids and since you the sofa is foldable it can be used as a bed.
